Hi,
I have been seeing some wonderful designs here and it has given me an idea to get a really cool logo for my line of soaps called Delicious Soaps. It is right now just a hobby, but I would like to start selling them along side my perfumes. I used to have a shop, closed last summer, but would really like to get back into selling since the holidays are coming and I've got the fever for maybe putting them online and doing a few shows locally. Hopefully if it works out I will have more work for other things.

I know $10 is not a lot, but I'm hoping it is okay since I am not asking for anything too complicated? This would go on my soap labels and possibly business cards. I envision bubbles and something fun and funky.

I will accept designs up until Sunday, September 3 and then make a decision. Hope to see some really cool designs. And hope to eventually be able to bring more opportunities as well.

Nice. Keep that. But maybe experiment with different colors? I really never envisioned blue, but blue is the color of water yes? I was thinking of something more colorful. But I will still keep that blue in mind.

I am not ruling anything out right now!

Can those be made more crisp? Maybe the 3rd one on the left and the second one on the right. They look faded, not sure how that would translate onto something printed.

Here are the bubbles a little more crisp. i can't make thm too sharp because them they don't really look like bubbles. So here

Yes, that is it. It's too transparent and too light.
I'm really liking the new second one. Can you see what that looks like with a larger 'D' and 'S'. Caps and lower-case.

When you make those changes, that will be it for now, unless you want to do more.

Deep_Dude27, those are very similar to the others, as far as the bubble-look font and the blue. If can try maybe another font, or color?

Deep_Dude I think we were typing at the same time!! I see you have posted new designs. I will take in the new designs.

Also, if I could see a logo with a tag line. This may not be my final tag line, but I would like to see what it looks like with the logo. With and without a tag line.

Just to give more of a visual, these soaps will be really colorful, they will be in loaves and sliced to serve. Some will be prepackaged with the label on the front with the scent name.

Stealth, the Delicious Soaps part shows promise, I like the idea of the name looking like it is going into the water. But the "vegan friendly...nature inspired" font doesn't look right with the Delicious Soaps font. Maybe try a different font for that part.



A quick question to everyone, in what format will a logo be transmitted to me? I am not familiar with all of the different formats like psd? Png? Ai? that I have been reading about. I have a limited edition photoshop installed that came free with another program that I purchased, but that is it. Will I be able to upload the logo to a program like that. I also have ArcSoft PhotoStudio which is like Photoshop. I was also thinking of downloading GIMP. Which one of these would be appropriate for working with logos? Also if I wanted to make a business card out of these would these be the proper format?

Okay, I'm learning these need to be vector. Are these all vector? I need them for business cards (probably through vista print) as well as labels so I just need to make sure these will be appropriate for that.

Anymore entries? 2 1/2 more days.

I'm fond of the ones so far. I may be leaning towards blue, so there may be some changes, but all colors and design ideas are welcome.

Mine is vecor + text so its easily resizable for all purposes

I think the others are vectors + text aswell.

I have mine in vector aswell and i can convert it to psd to open in photoshop if you would like or just a simple jpg if you don't want to have to edit it.
