reviews 30K of data costs me $6.23 on Amazon Web Service

After a long time I decided to try with AWS, and for 10 files 30 KB of data i get a bill of $6.23.

If 30KB of data is $6.23, 1MB = $205.59 +/-

The most curious is that I have no idea where this data was served, in the end my site never ran through AWS (not even a thousandth of a second) but also, charge those prices for only 30kb of data in these days is crazy.

So you know, be careful with AWS

Even 3c for 30kb is very expensive. Thats about $1 per MB !

Yes indeed, but it's better to check their pricing rates before you buy, it seems there is much more than just transfer rate.

Hmm some people and clients have been telling me to switch to AWS from years but I still like old style servers. Buy a box and set it up. Pay fixed amount for using it.

I have never been a fan of Postpaid mobile services either I like prepaid services where I know what I am paying.
