$300 web design contest

Hello,

I was recently approached by an individual who needs a web page designed. I am not an exceptional designer, so I attend to post here in attempts of getting the attention of quality designers.

The website will focus on a product which is intended to be left in your car in preparation of a car collision. The product consists of a disposable camera, pencil, paper, diagrams, and miscellaneous material needed to properly document the collision.

What I need? Simple (E.G. menu on the left, header on top etc.) but yet creative. I am having this thread posted in multiple forums geared at young webmasters as I understand that young designers can often be very creative with their designs.

I already have the general color scheme of a yellow, orange, red style, which is the design the product is packaged in. I have scanned in the product package so you can get an idea of what exactly I am talking about.
