$30 logo/banner High Tech Looking

I will be putting up a "torrent" directory site soon. I need a logo/banner. I will tell the winner the actual domain name after the contest...for now use the word "Torrents.xxx"

I would like a High Tech look...no flash or anime needed (unless you can duplicate the raining letters in the matrix...that would be perfect for this site and I would add a bonus for this)...
Colors dont matter....

Contest ends March 31...

I will award 250 name bucks for 2nd place and 150 name bucks for 3rd place...as a token of appreciation.

vivsin...it's cool but not like the matrix...can you make it slower and have the letters end before they get to the bottom?



Colors are not picked yet for the site...they can be set to go with the banner since the banner in my opinion is the most important part of getting the attention...

hooperman..I like it but the star thingy needs to be something more high tech...I like the background though and the font would look better the cream color I think...

Actually before you do that, here are two slightly modified animated versions:

siradio...putting on the pressure...I like it colors could be hashed out later but darker would be nicer...navy or dark blue...I like hoopermans font better...

is that flash doing the animation?
