3 Sites, One low price! All well established, two are more than a year old! $1 Start!
Okay,
I have tried to see these before, to no avail, between not having time to reply to mails, and not listing them all together. Here is the final sale. These sites will be sold, and for much, much less than they should be sold for.
Here are the sites, listed in order of age, youngest to oldest. These sites will not be parted out, it's an all or nothing deal.

I guess we will do this auction style, starting at just $1.
The minimum increment is $5.
Payment via PayPal only. Buyer pays fees, unless "BINED", where I will cover them.
The auction is over once I see a reasonable bid.
The BIN is $650. Any and all offers, and or trades will be accepted.

I say this myself, but no need to take my word for it, ask AllThing.tv, they wrote a raving review about the site. here is a link. Maybe you want some more testimonials? Below are comments I have received via email or IM or even in person.

The site got 278 visitors in August, but more than 7000 page views, so people are returning! Most traffic is from NamePros, and forums of the like, from my sig lines and what not. The site has hardly been advertised.
I made $30 from the site, selling link ads, but all ads are now gone. AdSense would integrate just fine.
I had gotten a $400 offer on this site a while ago, but declined it. If I knew I would have to sell it now anyway, I would certainly have taken the deal. The site is very unique, and uniquely designed.

Not much to say about this site. It is fully custom designed, and a good design at that! I have not monitized the site. It could be easily done though, and I would help the buyer. The site does have a good admin area. All setting can be changed in one file. Currently there are about 15 files hosted, before there was quite a bit more. The site is also a PR4. I had a bid here of $80, but the buyer never concluded any contact.

One of the oldest sites I own, and with more than 1,200 pages indexed, a very successfull site. The site was getting hundreds of visitors, but the site has died quite a bit, it shouldn't bee too hard to get it back on its feet, but I need the money, so I really can't do it now. I will however help the new owner as much as I can, donating a full site optimization from OptimizeDesign. This should help get the site back up in google rankings. It was on page one for some good terms, and 2-3-4 for others, like Playstation 3, and xbox. Now it is quite a bit lower. OptimizeDesign will get it back up, I'm sure. Right now the site isn't getting but 10 visitors daily if that. The site does have some unique content, and you will get full rights to it. It also updates automatically, so no need to worry about fresh content. There are thousands of pages indexed, and almost double that in posts. Was making close to $5 daily, but I have now removed AdSense, and most traffic is dead anyway.
