I couldn't find any examples of names with the .us extension selling for over $1000. The nearest was giggles.us, which sold for around $2200.

An educated guess: upper $xx to lower $xxx.

First of all, my opinion is you want LOW Google results for an easy #1 ranking for your term or domain, not high results. With high results, your domain will get buried amongst all the competitors without strenuous branding.

That said, I'd guesstimate a high xx - low xxx for any of these with Madelyn being the one with the most promise (Madelyn Albright, for example).
