domain 3 Names. What do you guys think?

I have 3 domains I picked up just recently. What are your opinions on them?

The two .NET's would require developments (unless they could be marketed to the respective .COM's) ... and in the .WS, plural "Techs" is somewhat limited on the upside (though there may be some End users to inquire to), in my view. Did you pick these up recently via the aftermarket, or as new registrations? :gl:
