3 letters .CA

seems like its one of the few TLD's with 3 letters names available. How much are those worth? (the 3 letter .CA names , that is)

.ca isnt very common. You cant even reg it on godaddy.

But, if you had a good 3 letter like: aaa, bbb, aac,
something like that.

Would be worth med-high $xx IMHO

More than 4,000+ still available, so only those with intrinsic meaning currently have value.
However, that could be a good speculative play for anyone interested.

yea , I found 601 three letters .CA domains available. (If anyone's interested in them ; you can find the list in my domains site in my signiture).

I think it's better to invest on 3 letter .us if you want to invest on a ccTLD domain.

Another thing that might also affect the number of people that own three letter .ca domains is because only Canadian's can register these names.

Good point, but I would think Canadian Businesses would want LLL.ca
