3 letter .at domain (Significant meaning)

quick question - is a 3 letter (.at) worth purchasing if the 3 letters of the domain name have significant!!! meaning, similar to the below domain buys?

3 letter buys in the past, i.e.
Job.at $590,949
DIY.net $200,000
SEO.de $70,896
GSG.DE $42,784

They definitely do have a value. Not just LLL but any .AT which does have a very good significant meaning. Restaurant.at sold for about 9000dollars in 2006. Moreover, Austria sure is a pretty well advanced country which some Internet population. IMHO get .at only if you find a good keyword as the registration & renewal is pretty expensive

thank you. I'm being told I have to have a german address to register a .at on moniker. How does one get around that when they live in the U.S.?
