All members are activated non-spammers. I delete all members that do not activate their account by answering their email with the activation link. Each site runs a highly customized phpbb modified by me. The PSP site is a skin that I altered drastically and the other 2 sites are complete custom skins only on these sites.

PSPF runs Cigmas CMS on it's front-end. Buyer will get a lifetime license to the CMS for the site if they wish. http://www.cigmas.com

In August I shut down all 3 forums by locking them from posts. I moved the members and posts into one site (talkvideogames.com) which hasn't been a great success but it's doing ok. Today I opened the forums up again and decided to attempt a sale. So to be clear...there is ONE copy of each site at TVG. However the 3 original sites are the ones indexed well in the search engines and have been still getting great traffic. If TVG is a problem for the right price I can either delete all posts at TVG or include it in the sale. However I prefer to keep TVG unless the buyer wants to pay my price.

For revenue they were doing ok. PSPF has a paid subscriber area that was getting new members weekly ($5 per year). You can see how many signups the site had here:

I attempted to do the same at 360f but never got around to starting it.

At PSPF I also sold points $1 for 1000 and sold plenty of points over the past year. I was making about $100 a month from the subscribers and points with at least another $100-$200 on adsense.
This is screen of just adsense for PSPF from July 2005-July 2006 just before i closed the site. Very consistent.

360f and ndsf really didn't get off the ground making revenue before I shut them down.

I can sell these seperately or as a whole. Looking to sell them together though for one good price ($xxxx). I paid $1500 for 360forum.com domain alone!

There are lots of pages indexed in the search engines. Feel free to due some diligence on these.

This isn't an auction. The sites do make revenue. Also they are not turnkey sites...they are the original sites and there is 1 copy of their database using VB at another site. You can interpret that as you will but the value is there. Attempts to diminish their value will not get the price lowered.

This a combined 350k posts and well over 10k members.

If you look before I made the change...pspf had 10-40 member signups PER DAY. It will continue to be a growing site.

$xxxx is my asking price so don't even bother with $xxx offers for pspf.

For NDSF I could do mid-high $xxx.

For 360f it's gonna have to be $xxxx as well. The system is very new and has a long shelf life. It's a perfect name without TM issues unlike xbox360 domains. MS has no TM for the term 360.

15 people joined PSPF yesterday. I posted links to daily traffic and there is still LOTS of traffic on these forums. Maybe you should take a peek at PSPF and how traffic doubled yesterday to over 800 visits. It will continue to climb as well. Also..I do promote the sites still.

You can see at TVG before I even posted the sale that I was telling all the old members the sites are online once again. You can read their responses yourself. The sites have been opened only for 24 hours. They don't need much effort for them to become alive again. I already have people asking to be moderators at them.

If a sale isn't successful. I will simply redo the 3 forums once again with new layouts and with mybb (tired of phpbb). The reason I even placed this sale was to avoid the work. I am not gonna bargain basement these sites. I know there value.

PSPF activity is rising daily. It had 27 new member signups yesterday alone.

Trying to. It just doesn't interest me anymore. I been in the actual game industry for about 13 years now. I have a LOT of game sites but they bore me. I don't participate very often in game discussions. I don't buy games very much. I don't plan to play any of the new systems. I am more interested in Political sites at the moment. I also have some other forums as well that I want to push..like my movie forums.
