3 character dot BIZ market? Appraisals?

I searched over 4000 3 character dot BIZ d names yesterday and also got the low rate Leapfish appraisal for them. After all was said and done I found 2 domains that apprased at around 2200.00 and one that appraised at $30,788.00. It was a LLN.BIZ. Should I purchase this domain for reg cost based on this appraisal? I mean every other domain appraisal was 12.00-80.00.

No, I would not think for a minute that someone would pay that much for a BIZ but I just wondered if any weight at all should be put on gargabe appraisals like Leapfish. The 3 characterdomain in question was a word and a number on the end. It is one of the most common words around. Just wondering if reg fee is worth grabbing it. I do not think twice about the 99 cent INFO domains I am buying right now. I mean with my GD discount, I just got 50 INFO domains for like 52.00. I can flip all of them for 2.00 and double my money. I have an offer already for BBRX.info for 15.00.

Seems like a ton of work for $50.

Well, the .INFO domains are preaty easy. For less than 1.10 a domain. There are TONS of great names still left. Maybe not good enough to get rich off of but making 3-5 times your reg fee is better than the stock market.

I agree it's a good % return, especially is you can sell all 50 names to the same person. But if you have to sell and transfer every name to different buyers and you're only making $1 each, that just seems like a whole lot of work for not a whole lot of real $ imho.
