I contacted support,they said they verified my account and told me to do again.
Again same problem arising...

@exa-Edward You need to refactor the fraud-detection algorithm of your web-application. Similar to one above, several people have complained about this earlier. You should check things like this among others .. why would your app consider it a fraud when someone is using paypal ??

Your services are commendable though.

Your domain already taken by another user ya. Your order will mark as fraud by system due to high risk detected. We will not register domain name that under fraud ya.
Other side, you may check the details that you enter in billing account that all is correct and valid or not.

@exa-Edward It is disappointing to see that you do not provide DNS manager in a customer's domain control panel. I had to update a TXT records for a couple of domains and I was surprised to not have found it and had to contact your staff.

Since GDPR has been implemented there will be a lot of requests to update TXT records as the domain aftermarkets cannot verify the domain owner form the whois database anymore. It is better for you to implement a DNS manager into customers control panel. Pretty sure, it will save you a ton of time and money. Taking manual requests for DNS changes is plain stupid.

1. No redirection of domain with Masking for free ( To redirect with masking, we need to buy other services)
2. For pushing the domain, we need to contact support and wait for long time (Most would prefer it to happen within few minutes to 1 hour and have control of pushing the domain with themselves rather than contacting support for such simple stuff)

Please correct me if I am wrong.
