i'm interested to hear what those with knowledge about this market and any correlated markets in breeding think about this domain. If you had the domain open for sale what would you value it at? As a keyword to those that are not familiar with this market do or don't you like the domain? interested in hearing the marketplace consensus vs my own.

Anybody out there that doesn't like the name "breeders" or think it's a crap brandname i would still love to hear what you think.

These related domains on sale, though breeder feast is not desirable IMO.
($29,888) breedersregistry?com
($20,000) breedersfeast?com
($35,000) breedersrights?com

There are some startups using New technologies to improve the milk yeilds in cows etc ... I find this name interesting and can be used by new startups related to breeding industry...

You might want to talk to @anil.kumar , he was registering many bull semen domains in hopes to create a breeding program.

Maybe you two should link up and make something happen.

if someone focus on certain niche! often times they will have much more information, that you have! it could be potential end user, which CEO, or maybe they have good link, that have interest with breeders domain! or if you lucky! you can sell your domain fast! with good price! :xf.grin: but don't forget to share commission or fee! because most ppl will have motivation if there's money!

We'll see, the .io serves the software side of breeding in any industry no problem. But the .com is the lure a bit like monopoly really, What is Park Lane without Mayfair?

today I just saw, somerealestatedomain.gr! they not register the dot com! it could happen! if they like IO, and price dot com, are too much! and the owner have seo mindset! it could happen! :xf.grin:
the reason why dot com should be reg, from the first place if they plant to go all out! with tv ads! but if they don't plan big! I don't think dot com, should be reg! :xf.grin:

I don't really like it with this extension or with any other really. Seems like a directory type name, while being not very descriptive. My initial reaction was breeding dogs or breeding what?

breeders.org sold for 4,500 USD

You can see some other .io sales - https://namebio.com/?s==IzN0UjM0QTM

No idea but typing it in, breeders.com forwards to breeders.net and sure enough, dog breeding site, my initial thought on the name. And it's a directory site as well. I didn't even check before making my comment above thinking dog breeding and directory type site. Think too general of a name, would have to put some marketing behind it, when plantbreeding.io would give you an idea of what the site is about.

The .com owner is the .net owner. Just forwarding the .com to the .net. They have the .com and .net, not sure if/why they would need the .io. But you can try the owners of that keyword regged in all those other extensions, might get xxx
