Hello --

I require a vector-based color logo. It needs to have a symbol and words.

Logo Subject:
This logo is for a website builder called "campaign[no space]building[dot]com."

Style:
Clean, neat, very professional

Symbol:
I would like to see entries that use a tool or set of tools (wrench, hammer, etc) that would go naturally with a site builder

Related:
Political, Site Builder, Advocacy, Coalition Building, Political Marketing

Colors:
You can choose the colors. Be creative, but the logo must be neat and professional. Should use only two or three colors.

1. Your work must be original and done by you alone; no copying
2. I will own 100% of all rights to the logo.
3. You must NOT use clip art or stock photography
4. The symbol should be custom drawn by you
5. You will deliver the final product in multiple file formats including .jpg, .gif, and .png
6. Please include small and large size in file delivery
7. Time is of the essence

True Snake -- I like your concept. I don't care for the light color, or the look of the hammer. I like the wrench, but not over top of the letters. Maybe you could change the light tan/yellow color, and place the symbol differently.

Will7 -- I really like the simplicty and neatness of the design. The wrench is cool. I don't like the two hammers they way they are placed though. Maybe you could move them elsewhere.

Still interested in seeing other concepts from others.

I liked the wrenches, and it would be interesting to see how others use different symbols. A gear might work too.

Hi Edisonian,

Here is my submission. This is 100% original vector artwork. No lines (strokes) were used in the creation of this logo for flexibility and a clean presentation. Colors can be changed upon request although the default is basically a combination of corporate red/blue. Enjoy!

Here is my design...

Sylense -- I like your design. The colors are good, and the overall design is very creative. I think it is a tad bit too busy. The front geat should be removed, and the other gear should be made to look more like a gear. I think the hammer should be one color and I like the idea of a bolt but I think it makes it too busy. Let's see how those changes improve the design. Again, I think it is very creative. Good job.

True Snake -- This looks much better. I like the simplicity of the new design, and the blue color is nice. I like that it's the same color as the wrench. Although if the color were a little darker the wrench would be easier to see. We may want to try that. I just want to make sure that the wrench was drawn by you...did you draw it yourself? Good job.

Statd -- I like the bold use of this color combination, although I need to think about how a site built around the colors would look. The dual-toned wrench is a good concept, but I am not sure about the letter "B" in the symbol. Maybe a shape could be added instead. The font letters should be changed and made a little bigger. It would be nice to see this in red and blue or another conventional color combo. The light/dark colors in the wrench should be inverted. Great job.

I must say that ALL of these are equally good and are even in the contest so far. This will be a tough one.

Here's my entry. 100% origin~all vector artwork. You've got wrenches together that make a neat design and also contain the letter C (campaign) and B (Building). Colors as you know can be changed to a color scheme of your likings as well as the lettering.

here is my attempt at it, feedback appreciated, anything can be changed, but i will be gone for a few hours

Guetizo -- Very creative abstract design. I like it. However, it seems like one you already did in your portfolio. Was it used? Anyway, I would like to see the same design with different colors, and it would be interesting to see how it looks with one full wrench.

True Snake -- I like the changes. I am going to think hard on this one...I like it. While I tend to like designs with a linear look, it does look a little too long b/c of the two big words. Will think on this one.

iMerski -- I like the simplicity of the design. Tha hammer is nice, but it seems slightly out of place. Maybe it could be resized and placed somewhere else. The spacing is too much, and the logo seems too long. But it's a good entry.

Mundi -- I like the gear a lot, but it is too large and when the words "demo" are removed the logo will have too much space at the top and bottom. One side of the wrench looks slightly off, and the word "building" is not that visible against the gray wrench. Good entry.

It would be interesting to see an entry or two using gears and a non-linear design (words on top of one another) like Guetizo did...

Thanks for the quick feedback. I'll do the modifications required asap. I'm writing this post in the middle of my supper and In about 30 min I'll have a exam on my night school.
When I'll get back I'll post the design.

Wow! These revisions are all wonderful. I am going to hold back on comments and suggestions, and think it through (they are all so close).

This will also give guetizo some time to come back from class and submit his revision too.
