$25 logo contest for ATV forum

I am making an atv/quad forum and need a logo.

I was wanting dark/rugged colors/theme and was wanting the dashes to be off-road tire tread like but reader will still know that they are hyphens. Could incorporate mud into the design if you want- very open to ideas. Please post logo's in thread.

Sorry for being so vague, black and bark greens maybe brown. As for size it will be on a banner but pardon my ignorance as I didnt even think about that. Is there a standard size used for banner logo's? If not I will ask the guy making my forum to give me a size. Sorry bout any confusion...

I like this the best out of everyting (style I guess) but more manly letters? Its a redneck outdoor type of sport. he hyphens like tire treads are not necessary - they were just a thought. Thanks for everyone that submitted to far. I am away but still able to check this post in th emorning and once at night (pacific).

Hey Gary, thanks for the feedback. That was just something that came to mind, but not 100% executed the way I wanted it to. I will continue to work on it and post another entry soon.

Here is my revision, I followed your comments "more manly ... outdoor type sport". I included a picture of an ATV tire that I cropped out of a Royalty Free Image. Can show you original file, but Edited to go well on the logo, oh yeah the background image is jsut to show how it will work with outdoorsy colors (not part of it hehe). As always, feedback appreciated.

I like what you are doing. I think the quad.com then under it the q-u-a-d.com(with the hyphens) are a bit confusing. Can you make both with hyphens? Also the lower one can you make the text more bold? Also could you show me what it would look like with a front end of a quad instead of the tire and we might just have a winner. (for image - google polaris sportsman 500 black)
