$25 Logo and Banner Contest

I need a logo for my upcoming site Goodvisitor.com
Offering $20 to the winner.

Very few rules and requirements:

1) No colour limitations, but needs to have a transparent background.

2) Overall size must fit within 400 x 200 pixels

3) Please include "Good Visitor" text somewhere in the overall design.

4) I will require the final high resolution (min 300ppi) PSD file with all layers, effects and fonts, in case I need to change either colors or font in the future.

5) Your choice to include a slogan or not.

6) Must be your own original work, and indemnify me from any Copyright infringement. The winning design will become my property.

7) I would like a few sizes of buttons and banners so that I can advertise on sites that have many sized ad spots.



Payment of $20 can be via PayPal.
