domain 2018.org.uk TLD? Domain appraisal.

I've recently acquired the domain 2018.org.uk which I am selling on Sedo.com. I've decided to list it for £200 (GBP) although accept offers over £120. Is this a suitable price, or is it worth more or less? Sedo.com has appraised it at $299 and GoDaddy has appraised it at $20. Help, anyone?

Patience. Don't bump your thread every 15 minutes.
If you want my honest opinion, I am not fond of time-sensitive domains.
In 6 months it will cease to be relevant and become a collector's item. Also, .org.uk usually means a UK-based non-profit of some sort. The demand is nowhere near .co.uk. And I can't find any comparable sales.
The question is, why was it available if it's valuable, who would buy it and for what purpose.
It's not that you are asking an indecent amount of money, but I don't see obvious buyers for this one and it's not a name that I would renew.
