$20 to fix DB problem

I have a DB problem with a site caused after having transferred the site to a new server. Should take less than an hour, I am offering $20 to the person who can fix it (Payment upon completion, and it must be completed tonight).

The site problem is similar to that of CyberPlanetLtd.com

He PM'ed me about fixing it, I answered and told him he could send it to me. Since then, I haven't heard anything.

I'm guessing that it is already done because I haven't heard anything back and he has been online since the correspondence.
