$20 - Graphic for Corporate Brochure-RUSH!

Hey everyone!

First timer here, so please be patient.

I need a small graphic for the "what we do" section of a corporate brochure I'm designing. I've done the best I can with what I have to work with (MS Publisher) and it stinks! This graphic is the only thing holding me back from completing all of my quarterly objectives and I'm stuck.

It's for an engineering/staffing firm and the concept of the graphic is pretty simple. I just need to illustrate that:
"Client Metrics, Performance Pricing and Performance Pay = Shared Success"
You can view what I have so far in the attached file. The graphic in questions in on the lower left. My boss hates the target...he prefers one of those clip art bursts ( I said no way).
I need to have something by this afternoon. Sorry for the short notice. $20 to the winner, whatever method of payment is easiest.

I'm a freind of her's (I reccomended namepros) so I'll explain what she needs:
If you look at the attachment, you'll see the green bulls eye thing with the three lines going toward it.
The three lines represent 1-Client Metrics, 2-Performance Pricing 3-Performance Pay
the bulls eye is the "Shared Success".
She needs a graphic representation more pleasing to the eye than what she has. Something like 3 pillars that act as the foundation of succes or 3 arrows hitting a bullseys of success or something corny like that.

I cannot view the attatchment because i do not have Microsoft Word and it does not open the same on Wordpad Or Wordperfect.

Edit= I think i got it opened and good. All that's in it is a screenshot?

Yes, it's just a screen shot of the brochure. I tried to save it as a PDF, but it's not working.

Why not just take a screenshot and save the screenshot and upoad it? So that we can see better? Just a suggestion...

I thought that's what I did. I took a screenshot and then pasted into word, then uploaded the file. If there is something I can do differently to make it easier please let me know.

Take the screenshot and just save the image and uplaod it... no need to make it smaller or anything.
