The new weekly domain sales report is out at DNJournal.com. Appropriately enough, our new Top 20 chart is headed by 20.com. Country code domains had an especially good outing this week, claiming five positions on the all extension leader board. One of those, representing the tiny nation of Sao Tome and Principe, gave the .st extension it's first appearance ever on our mainstream Top 20. That domain, College.st, also led our new Country Code chart. Speaking of the ccTLD list, America's .US extension had more chart entries than any other extension for the second week in a row. .Org led the Global Contenders chart for the third week in a row, thanks to a nice deal involving 18.org. Also, .biz had three entries on the GC chart to give that extension one of it's best showings of the year. Read all about it through the link below:

Thanks Duke. Cash.cc is a nice one...that's one of the highest .cc sales I've ever seen and gives hope to us .cc owners. :)

Cookiediet.com sold for $8 889, and TW1.com for $10 000. Why is it I don't see any value in these names? Sure, an LLN.com is worth more than reg fee but .. wow, $10 000.

Alot of those names suprised the heck out of me this week. Hungover.us? Brandable, yes but for almost 10k?

Love to see it for the .us lovers though.

Just imagine the overall domain price appreciation that you'll see when Sedo opens its domain auction market.

With some good PR and mainstream press, there will be a public stampede to play the domain game and hold a stake. That's when all the patient domainers see their payoff.

Frankly, parking revenues, while nice, are like stock dividends. But price/capital appreciation is what most investors care the most about.

Again, does anyone know or have some idea about when Sedo would launch its domain auction system?

Methinks DietCookie.Com would be worth more, even though CookieDiet.Com was registered earlier than DietCookie.Com.

Hum cookie diet, I like cookies but I don't think I could replace regular food with cookies. Now my young cousins eat cookies and ice cream and not much else. CookiesAndIceCreamDiet.com anyone?
