The new weekly domain sales report is out at DNJournal.com. The headliner this week is the largest .info sale ever reported, one that is almost 50% higher than the previous leader (which was Casino.info). While that domain is #1 on our new Top 20, the .coms were out in force again, led by a wine-related one-word domain at $44,000. A pair of country code domains also made the all-extension Top 20. .Org had an impressive outing on the Global Contenders chart, racking up 12 of the 20 entries, more than double the number registered by .net. On the Country Code chart, Great Britian's .co.uk and the Cocos (Keeling) Island's .cc extension (in its best outing ever) each had four chart entries. Read all about it through the link below:

It will be hard to him to sell it right now but in 20-30 months for sure he will be in profit with at least 60.000-100.000$.

NewYork.info sells itself. His purchase price is far below NewYork.info's actual value (which the new owner knows). Will be acquired well into 6-figures within a year or two.

Nice to see an .info sell for so much but come on....look at the keyword...NewYork...NewYork in any TLD extension will sell.
Not the same calibre as all your recent 95 cent - $2.00 info registrations at all.

I like the fact that some .cc domains sold for so much as well...but again...look at the keywords. Now, who wants to buy my hairstyles-cc? :hehe:

I'm a big fan of .infos and this only serves to vindicate my views.. hopefully we won't soon see our .info renewal fees rise to those types of levels.
