domain 2 x $200 offers, should I take them?

I got an offer for $200 for the domain VegasDirect.net and another $200 offer for VegasChips.net today. Should I take the offers?

VegasChips.net yes - the other one counter with a higher amount - IMHO.

.net is a tricky ext. If you have any way of finding out if they are endusers, it obviously makes a difference. If they are just resellers then sell. I saw someone buy file.net for $500. If its on sedo ask for way more. If your names make revenue ask for several years revenue, if not take the deal.

Sell for 300 each or try and haggle up to 250 at least for Vegas Chips.

Personally, I would check who owns the .COMs as the current trend for the big boy poker companies is to own both .COM and .Net so they can use the .net to advertise online thus circumvent gambling rules when people actually visit the .COM. Then I would counter based on what I found.

since they are .net, 2 worders and not 'special' names I would take the offers + buyer pay escrow.
