2 Questions about DomainMarket.com

Hi guys,

There is one domain that i'm interested in and is for sale at DomainMarket.com
The BIN is too much high for me and i found that the domain will expired soon.

My questions are:
1. Do you know what DomainMarket.com doing with the domains that they are failed to sell and with those that going to expired soon?
2. Are they willing to negotiate on domains Although the BIN?

DM CEO is my friend. Not sure what domain you want but they are big business so whether or not they will accept the offer will depend on your offer and the domain in question.
