These plans are possible... because:
a) In the TOS it will state something like... unmetered bandwidth does not mean you get whatever you want, it means that you get whatever we can give to you. similar to saying unlimited.
b) most people aren't going to USE that much. if they do, there's something in the TOS saying they can suspend/terminate any accounts at any time whenever they want.

I dont know what your talking about with uptime, I havent had any downtime yet. To answer you questions, my hosting is reseller. The company I bought the reseller from offers me has lots of space and bandwidth. No your right, there is no possible way to offer an unlimited hosting plan, however in theory it is because you won't ever run out of space and bandwidth because when they get close to running, they buy more. Now please, is there anyone actually interested, would it help if I showed you some sites hosted by me?

By the way, I would be happy to set up your account before you pay me.
