2 Character Domain Question

I have searched the internet trying to find out where i can register a 2 character domain name with the extension of .com/.net/.org
I have a few insiders on a few that are available to register but I can't find a registrar that will allow under 3 Characters for those tlds.

Please help. Any help would be highly appreciated.

There are some 2 character .com .net and .org that were never sold or that have dropped and are held by the registrys. But they are not for sale. That is probably what you found.

There are a few two letter names left in obscure extensions, there is a thread listing some:

I know many registrars will tell you there are no such thing as LL names, there is a bug in the softwear. I spoke to Godaddy about it and the guy did not seem to care.

Other then that, 2 character .com/net/org's all have been registered for a long time. That is the reason behind not being able to register any.

You will not be able to register them as they are reserved by the registry.

Ouch. So basically; no matter what, i can't have a 2 char .tld (com,net,org) without buying one second hand. This sucks but thanks for the help.

Yes, that is right.

Try doing an extensive research to get 2 ll.com's for under 100k. I would assume there may be some.
