To establish some sort of basis for comparison and appraisal, I'm looking around for other 2-number .com domains that sold within the last year. So far, this is the only example I can find.
- 38.com sold for $20,000 (Afternic)
That's less than I expected, and much less than appraisals so far, but I'm looking for more examples.

EDIT / UPDATE - More food for thought and possible comparison. I can't find any other
2-number .com's sold within the last year, but here are the 2-
letter .com's that sold within that time.
- ME.com $460,000 - Moniker / Domain Systems
- MR.com $125,000 - GreatDomains
- NQ.com $27,000 - Afternic
- LH.com $27,000 - GreatDomains
- OW.com $22,250 - Pvt Sale
- GZ.com $16,000 - TopNames

Keep in mind: The quality of letters/numbers makes a difference, and not all sales are reported.
