Hello,

I’m the owner of a fast growing internet company specializing in publishing informative web sites and I’m trying to see if anybody here would be interested in lending financing for my business. I’m offering a very high 180% return on investment after a period of 2 years. (For example if I receive 100k, I will pay back 180k in exactly 2 years time) I’m willing to meet in person if necessary and sign any legal paperwork for this loan, and as collateral I can put down one or more (depending on the loan amount) of my web properties (one of which generates over 200k/year profit and the other around 150k/year profit)

I’m also flexible as far as the repayment schedule and other details of the loan, but since most of the money will be invested in licensing content, it would be best if I had 2 years before my company would pay back the entire sum. I am looking to raise a total of 150k for the upcoming projects. Please feel free to ask me any questions you might have. You can ask me for my phone number once we have a conversation going. My email is [email protected] I’m willing to pay for any legal fees involved in getting this loan processed. I hope somebody will take on this opportunity as it can be very beneficial to both parties. I had venture capitalists contact me before but I'm not willing to give away equity in my business and that's why I'm asking for a straight loan instead.

If you’re interested please email me or PM me back. Remember I will pay all fees involved in getting this loan processed and if you want to meet in person I can fly down to wherever you live.

Thanks for your time,

[email protected]

p.s. I'm willing to transfer over the registrant information of one of my web properties during the term of the loan. Once the loan is paid back, obviously I will want the administrative contact changed back. This would be part of the loan agreement.

For starters before spamming left and right, I'd like you to go back to night-school and improve on your maths.... 180% of $100K is indeed $180K... but that's not the total you'd be paying pack in 2 years... I'd let you figure the correct total yourself...

good luck in your venture sounds very very very promising..! if only people here were stupid enough....

maroulis,

my math skills are correct. I never said I would do 180% APR or anything like that. I said the investor would get 180% of their investment back in 2 years therefore my calculations are right. And i wouldn't questions my math skills as I have a masters degree in computer science and mathematics from one of the top universities in the U.S and I built a site search engine www.jrank.org

Sorry to hear that for your education...then it must be your English or you're looking for suckers cause the statement "I'll offer 180% return on your $100K investment" ASSUMES you'll get your $100K capital back and $180K interest -HELLO-

as for me I only have a Bsc in Comp Sciece and an MSc Finance from LBS but who cares...

well, that's why I gave an example to avoid confusion that you're trying to create "(For example if I receive 100k, I will pay back 180k in exactly 2 years time)"

What have you done with your education?

obviously a lot more than you have i.e. not looking for investors in business through a forum that doesn't fit my demographics ;)

I work for large corp earning substantial income i.e. >6-fig, have lots of stock and do domains for fun - we can off-line if you want....

Well it sounds like you're doing pretty good. I'm 24 years old and don't work for anyone but myself and make over 250k/year and my business is valued over a million dollars all afer being in business for only 2 years. (email me if you want proof)

I think this a good place to seek investors as there are many successful individuals reading these posts so why not give it a shot.

BillyConnite,

Thanks for your kind words. I mean I obviously understand everyone's speculation and I would be hesitant to believe this sort of a post myself. But this is a true business opportunity and I wish there was more I could say to build up trust, but that's the most I can say before somebody actually contacts me directly.

So you will rise any money to 180% if people invest? Can you pm me with further information, would also like to know why people have to wait 2 years for the money.

JuggernautH,

That is correct. I will raise any money to 180%. I will PM you more information.
If you give my company 100k, I will give you back 180k in 2 years time. Based on our past experience, it takes approx. 20 months to double the investment. That's why I'm saying 2 years just to be safe and offering a bit less back. The money will be used to license content within the first 2 months, so it will be put to work pretty much right away. There is no minimum you can invest, but I would feel uncomfortable taking in more money than about half the value of my business.

Thanks

So someone could set about $20 and you could get 180% instead of 100% more in 2 years?

I dont think anyone would want to wait two years for that kind of money though.

With all of this success and your huge salary why would you be willing to pay loan shark prices for a simple 100k loan instead of going to a bank and paying prime?

HHDomains,

Banks don't like to invest in internet businesses. Two years ago I took out a SBA loan but their max was 20k. Most money I make, I put right back into the business. I recently purchased a house and had several more expenses, so I don't have 150k laying around to invest in my upcoming projects.

My Amex limit is $75K so I'm not sure how you can be making $250K and not have *any* financing.... but anyway good luck!!

That explanation just doesn't fly.
If you are what you say you are and have the kind of stock value and cash flow which you suggest you have then the banks would be more than happy to deal with you.
You claim to have a huge income and hundreds of thousands in net value. Whether or not that is internet related you can't make me believe that no banks would back a loan worth a small fraction of this.

lol, this has been funny reading. I just honestly wonder how many VC's ferquent forums, or if anyone has actually gotten a VC to invest over a forum or something similar. Sorry for off topic, good luck in finding the capital.

HHDomains,

I tried BankOne (now Chase) and Bank of America and I got the same response about them not being interested because my business is not a brick-and-mortar business. If you have any banks that give loans to online companies, I'm open to suggestions.
