I have just used two domain value tools

Free Domain Appraisal, Domain Name Valuation and Keyword Research Tool
Virus-remover.com has been valued $39,267 | Estimation by Stimator.com

And although I know they are not right - it still looks like a good name

Any thoughts guys what is this name really worth?

Hi,
I would advise you not to take any notice whatsoever of automated appraisal tools, although they are irresistable, they very rarely get anywhere near the mark.
As an example, I ran one of my recent hand reg domains through stimator. pearls.im = $296,323.00
For an end user with a use for this name, I think you will do ok with this one.

I understand that the automated tools can be way off - I just need to find the end user-

I picked the name up last year - it was its 1st drop since 1999 I think

It all depends on the buyer (end-users), some have high budget and pay well if they really need it. Find someone who really wants this name.

This is my trouble I don’t know where to start - Also I believe the name has huge development potential - is there anybody who would help me develop the name on a rev share bases?

No I meant the quality of the site. The better the design and userfriendliness, the more traffic you are likely to get. No-one can put a value on a developed site until it is developed.
