Note: This site was `sold` 2 times on SitePoint but both of the bidders just got lost after winning the auction so I decided to sell it here again. They did not even declare a reason. I see that they have never been online after they won the auction. I guess it was the same person and just wanted to hijack my sale for a reason I don't know.
The site I am selling is a Turkish download portal.
downloadindir.net is live for more than a month and had hit average 25k 2 weeks ago. Then unique hits dropped down to 15k a day during a Google BL update but today it is rising to 20k rates again. It's highly likely to rise in traffic even more the so there is a big potential coming up the following days. Almost all of the traffic is coming from Google so it's highly profitable. You can see a detailed hit tracker of the site from the following link. All referer info and keywords that bring in traffic is given detailed.

Site makes great revenue from Google AdSense. Averages about $45-50 daily and there has been days it hit $140 even. Advertisement placement on the site is converting very well. I have added a screenshot from August and September which you can check;

The script is freeware and was coded by a friend of mine. I added unique SEO and tagging system to it and now it gets on very well with search engines, especially with Google. It has more than 15,000 indexed pages in Google already after only a month and keeps growing constantly. It has an admin panel which will let you have full control over everything. The admin panel is in Turkish but I will translate it into English for the new owner for no extra cost. Addition of downloads are done manually from admin panel and you can keep the site updated easily by copy/pasting from another site which I am gonna provide you the link of. Or you can hire someone to do this if you desire.
The site is currently hosted on my own dedicated server on LayeredTech. I can offer hosting to the new owner for low prices or he/she can move the site to a shared hosting or a dedicated server.
The site has no pagerank currently but I am expecting it to get something around PR3 after this update. PR prediction tools claim that it's gonna get a PR5 but I can't guarantee that. It had 121 backlinks last time I checked.
Domain is registered at Directi and will be pushed to any Directi reseller for free. It expires on July 08. I only accept Escrow.com for payment. Thanks.
