I was reviewing some of the WIPO decisions in July 2022 and thought I would share 13 x Domain Name Complaints that were denied during the WIPO process:
8 of the 13 Denied WIPO disputes were Dot Com domain names, Two were GTLD’s .Academy & .Watch and 3 were CCTLD’s .NL, Com.AU & .Se domain names.
FlyGo.com is parked and available for sale via DomainAgents.com for $14,995 USD, so I am guessing the complainant didn’t want to pay up and thought WIPO would work better for them but that didn’t go to plan for them, the domain name is owned by Clive Marshall from the UK who has a small portfolio from what I could see using our whois partners – WhoisXMLAPI.com
