Could be a website like Betfair (where people bet against each other) but it will requires lots of work. Reg fee to Low $xx undeveloped resale value, mid $xx or more to end user. Good Luck

I think its better than that- good money in betting, and brandable as the name makes good sense. mid $xx reseller undeveloped- end user up to $500 maybe- would take work though to find one.
