Domain name:

I own 217 domains, all are single words found in the dictionary. I am trying to find a REPUTABLE place to sell them , Uniregistry (Junk), GoDaddy (Junk), Sedo (Scam).

Please PM with with excellent advice.

It's been parked on Uniregistry because I have no idea how to sell these domain names, I purchase many domain names everday, I wrote a php script that cycles through almost 60,000 one word dictionary names daily to see if they are registered...

I was told via email that this domain name was not considered "adult" so here it is.

Help is appreciated.

Welcome to Namepros!

First of all, not all one word .coms are equal. I would suggest looking through Namebio to see what sells and for what prices, and looking through the DNJournal archives to begin with. Perhaps get yourself a DomainAcademy subscription, or look through DomainSherpa past interviews.

Domains like *******.com sell rarely and for not very much money. You can find thousands of dictionary words available and there is a reason they are available.

What kind of business or project could you envision on such a domain? Is there one very specific use, or is it an open-vessel name (not industry specific)? Values vary widely.

Don't take this the wrong way, but it seems very unlikely that a domain name you registered 10 days ago had a $2300 offer. If that's the case, you should take it.

What else have you registered?

PS: How did you come to the conclusion that all the marketplaces you named are junk or scams?

Because after selling literally hundreds of domain names since 2000, all of the above have been junk in finding customers for purchasing domains. Afternic seems to be a good choice but now they have removed many alerts that a domain has sold successfully.
The domain ********.com is very old.

You would be very surprised how quickly we have sold some of our domains. Why such animosity?

Single word dictionary names have always held the highest value and sold the fastest of all domain names, ever.

Edit* audiophile.com sold for 14,000 USD, not once but twice...as an FYI.

Edit* We pretty much live on domainsherpa...
