domain $1000 Offer... Take It? Please advise

Just got a sedo offer for $1,000 (900 after sedo fees)

The site has been up leass than a month and is getting around 300-400 uniques a day, a trend which is positive and quite steep. sedo forecast predicts growing very rapidly in the long term. Name is quite good for a prox yand is getting great acceptance. What are your ideas guys? Accept? Counter? Let me know your ideas please!

as always. 2 side of story. on one side - there is an offer. on other side, some day it might be a better offer. if you short on money- than take it. if you able to wait, 300 uniques a day definetly worth a little bit more.

If it's getting that kind of unique visitors, I'd say make a counter for twice that much. If he says no, then just keep it. Seems like you could get more if that is true.

hmm i hate to go against what everyone else says, but id take it and develop it. 300-400 uniques a day can multiply into larger numbers pretty easy. get some good seo, an advertising scheme, and plenty of google ads, and i bet you could sell it twice as high later or make a continual profit on it for life.

If you are really getting that amount of confirmed "type in" traffic then $1000 is too cheap by a long way.

A little seo can tweak that up and the name should make that in just a few months.

i agree with wot , i would look at it this way if you need the money sell ? if you dont need the cash dont sell , do a bit of seo and a bit down the track you could get 3 times plus whats on offer ?
