100 domains to develop and share revenue

I have a list of domains that i want to develop. I do not have the time to develop them myself, so i want to find a partner willing to develope them.
Instead of upfront payment, I am offering different ideas according to the developement plans but basicaly will be to share revenues and domain sale incomes in the future (obviously, the better your development, the more revenue you will recieve).

I will consider offering 70/30, 60/40 and 50/50 % accroding to developement plans for each of them. I would also appreciate it if you could show me what you have done in the past before I allow you to develop a domain (also please only use legal means to promote your developed site). I have the domains and i know that some intrested partner will be able to make money with them.
