100+ daily end-user emails?

Hello,

Whilst reading some of the great threads on the forum, I often come across other users that say they send hundreds of emails to end-users daily, to sell their domains.

As I have generally tried to pitch my domains only to targeted end-users, which I search for myself, I rarely send more than 20/domain.

Are there programs/scripts or similar tools for sifting through potential end-users automatically? What automated tools are there, useful for gathering contacts/emailing end-users?

How do you send 100+ emails daily to potential buyers? if this is not an autocated process, how exactly do you go about it?

Are there any free tools? and what are the best ones, free or not, in namepros' users' experience?
