Chances are you will get interest in some of your products if it is of some value to one of the "hits", but that is not guaranteed. I can guarantee you will get the traffic though. I think you are thinking of purchasing clicks which is not what this is. Nowhere in the Adense policies does it say that.

How much traffic comes in from the USA?

the traffic comes from a variety of countries, so it's hard to pin down an exact number on the ratios of the traffic (i.e. : how many visitors from what country) - I'd hate to give you wrong information by guessing at it
