Sorry to say this I don't believe this service should be trusted, it's very unrealistic and you seem very unreliable, your reviews also state this:

Have not heard from them after making a payment for their services.

So I would save my $7 and spend it on something better, unless you can explain why you got that bad rating?

We don't typically use this forum and any responses to threads or PMs are not alerted to us by email. The negative rating was posted after 2 days of no response, which is a valid complaint and uncharacteristic of our customer service. The customer did receive the campaign that they paid for.

We deal in many other fourms such as DNF, Warrior Forum and Digital Point (among many others), where we have an iTrader rating over 135. We are a very reputable traffic seller and I assure you, 100% reliable.

But if that is true, how are we to expect we will be treated any batter?

Also, until the person that complained changes their review of your service or posts about it, we don't know what the truth is, do we?

I don't trust ANY company that provides "traffic". Even the best of them send people to your site who just leave because they did not choose to go their, they were sent.

My positive advice would be to contact the member in question and make things right with them whatever way it takes to do so and get the neg feedback fixed then this forum opens up to you much more and shows your willing to fix any customer service issue that may arise even if you find out about it late like you did.

I don't trust ANY company that provides "traffic". Even the best of them send people to your site who just leave because they did not choose to go their, they were sent.

I can't say exactly the reason it wasn't responded to as quickly as we normal get to things, as I wasn't employed as an assistant with smart ad space at the time. However just looking through old time sheets, it looks like there was some vacation time taken at the beginning of the new year (when the order was placed).

I have contacted the customer to inquire about the service that they received and will report back (or perhaps they will be so kind as to report) when I hear something. Your concerns are valid, and yes even the best traffic can't guarantee what the browser does when they get to your page, because they are real people and it depends on their interest and the quality of content that you (the customer) offer.

My positive advice would be to contact the member in question and make things right with them whatever way it takes to do so and get the neg feedback fixed then this forum opens up to you much more and shows your willing to fix any customer service issue that may arise even if you find out about it late like you did.

The customer in questions has yet to respond to PM's or emails. Negative feedback can't be deleted except by the user who submitted it. We are willing to fix any customer service issues and this issue was settled in January. The customer was given what they paid for.

Outside of having this customer retract their negative feedback the only thing I can do to put future customer's minds at ease when buying from us is to let then know that our traffic comes with a guarantee that if we don't give the full amount of traffic that you paid for then we give the customer a refund.
