As you probably know, a "segue" is a transition between two things; it is often used in the music business, but also has many other applications. (667,000 Google hits.)

Also, since the word is pronounced seg-way, a lot of people probably think that Segue is the name of that famous, cool scooter-y thing [actually called Segway].
