where did you pull these quotes from? It says .CO transfers are $1 at IONOS but can't find that on their site.

 

At ionos, the registration and transfer prices are the same.

A view month ago I try IONOS for registering .com for 1$ offer. When check out the price changed to regular price. It happened the same with Netsol's dot IO offer yesterday. Seem that the offer not worked for some countries. But for Stablehost I registered 20 domains .se for only 0.5$ last week with paypal as payment and the domains are resolved all. You can see Thank.se and Kemisk.se for example of those domains.

 

IONOS shows (at the top of the page) promotional prices. These prices have a limit on the customer and this does not work for all countries.
