You may try to generate a list of comparable domainsales from various sources and send it to the buyer, with sales in low-mid 4 figures range. Asking $4999 and accepting ~$3K - $4K may work - imo. The last but not the least, what you paid for the domain and what is you pricing formula - it is what matters...
