"Don't be weak, be strong like a lion with our domanes"

so many puns, can't handle. I'm terrible at English and creativity, so excuse the lack of using such an idea well, if anyone can come up with better using such a pun, feel free to make the $1k ;)

(lions have awesome manes, lolololololol)

The link to the lion did it for me. Thank you! Hahah!

The site has premium domains, correct? They are "perfect" (there is no such thing as anything truly perfec but ppl have their own interpretations of the term). And your site is easy to access, right? Just clink on the link and voila! the user is there. Everyone is trying to find that proverbial perfection online and some ppl waste countless hours in the pursuit, usually in vain. Being a writer, the line I like the most -- the one that seems to tell ppl what to expect when looking at your URL is simply:

"PremiumDomains.com -- Proverbial Perfection with the Click of a Mouse."

I think it gets the point across nicely and doesn't sound as flat as most propaganda we're all accustomed to hearing. :) That's the key. I've been working in marketing a little here and there (and domain investment, webmaster, etc) and I know that ya gotta really catch a person's attention... that's hard to do with standard propaganda or the usual cliches.

I *LOVE* it Archangel...if only most of the users knew what proverbial meant it would be golden. Nearly all of the slogan's could make sense for Premium Domains, it's really going to be a **** show in what gets picked.

Yeah - have to agree that Francois is going to have his work cut out for him in picking a winner :)

Thanks :) Personally, I wouldn't care if the word proverbial wasn't as common as "the" or "but." But I've noticed that a lot of people DO know it in exact and these are usually the smarter ppl who know what they want and what they should expect when it comes to buying anything. PremiumDomains.com should have buyers of all walks of life but using the word 'proverbial' looks very sophisticated and makes the serious buyers impressed & more inclined to trust the site.

Just my 2 cents. I've been doing these things for awhile ;)

Edit: Just to add -- if a person DOESN'T know the word 'proverbial,' then there are pretty good chances that every time they see the word, their mind would instantaneously associate it with PremiumDomains.com. It wouldn't be even slightly hard to brand their site with the 'slogan' I submitted. I've been paid by several compsmies to do work for them. I know for a fact that I could write them out a lotta good text with this 'slogan' :)

Hello guys, gals and mods,

First, THANKS A LOT to participate to our contest.
Find the best slogan is NOT easy so your help is greatly appreciated.

Few responses to questions I read/got:

Is the site (so the slogan) targeted to domainers or end-users?
==>
Ideally both, but if I have to make a choice I will say end-users.
It's EXTREMELLY difficult to find and convince top premium owners to list their domains and when this happen generally they are not targeting domainers, resellers or investors with their pricing.

Can I submit multiple slogans?
==>
Absolutely but only the last one will be considered and added into our play list. So if you have something better or noticed it was used by another participant you are welcome to submit a new one.

Can I send you a mail with my suggested slogans?
==>
It's very kind, but this way you will not participate to the contest.
You really need to use our form and validate your entry in Twitter.

No JTB because today the <-- is missing after the URL for example (but the syntax may change).
For the moment data is collected manually but it could be done through a script further so if you don't use our form to have a correct formating your entry may not be detected.
Last point, you don't see the latest submissions so you may simply post an existing slogan.

Well, I quickly reviewed all the submitted slogans and put a star in front the ones I prefer after having hide their owners to not be influenced.

The info is available at:
Premium domains slogan contest

But don't panic, it's just a first and quick review, final decision at the end of the month.

Something is sure, a slogan cannot be long, it must be about premium domains and not domains in general.

You can replace your slogan if you feel you have something better, I will review it the next time with all the new submissions.

By the way now a script has been created to get slogans from Twitter, so please use our form if you want your slogan join the competition, I can no longer add manually any slogan.

Good luck!

One question I think would be helpful is are you allowing multiple entries? or just the one per user?

Francois said that just the last one will count, so you could send more than one if you think you came up with a better one, but only the last one will count.

One question I think would be helpful is are you allowing multiple entries? or just the one per user?
