Advertising Parked Domains

Which parking companies let you advertise the domains you park? I know for sure sedo does, but I don't know about the others. I am currently using NameDrive.

Oh, also is it harder to increase the PR for a parked domain? I mean, the page doesn't exactly have quality content..

If you care increasing traffic and PR that much, develop your domains.
Ideally, domain parking is for pure typein and expired SE or backlink traffic.

I do normally develop my domains so this area is where I do not have much expertise in. Appreciate your advice.
