Advertising on gaming website

Hello all, been a long time.

I am selling some private advertising on my current clan website.

We have had google ad's on the site for a bit now and they are doing extremely well but we think its time to get some private ad's on there. We are offering a 728x90 Image banner on the bottom of each page and every forum page. The banner will not be in rotation with any other banner.

We are looking for around $40 - $50/month. Our Google Adsense CTR is 2.34%

The domain is currently a PR1 and here are some traffic statistics attachted to this post. We will accept offers, but reasonable ones.

You join this from from Feb 2007, and just have 35 posts, without any NP$. How can we believe you?
Moreoever Google Adsense CTR is 2.34%. It's not good. My Adsense websites usually have CTR 10-30% for unique visitors.

Did I say our CTR was good? I only stated it for information, please dont just put my post down like that.
NP$, I dont beleive in the thing so I dont want any, I only trade/sell with real money.
