Advertisers who take PayPal

So where can I advertise for Pay per Click that accepts Paypal? BESIDES Clicksor - which is garbage-o.
Getting a little tired of having to put advertising on my credit card for affiliate programs and then not being able to pay it off for 45 days or however long it takes to get checks. The interest sucks.
Looking for the best advertising PPC solution that accepts Paypal. Anyone know?

I believe casalemedia uses paypal
I don't have much experience with them just signed up with them for 2 weeks or so now, but as a Publisher
