Has anyone used undeveloped.com to sell domains? They claim to be able to increase a domainers sales by 54%.
How is traffic and stats updates going on? Since the launch, my dashboard is not getting updated.
It does. But it shows only your top 5 domains by traffic and a 'see more domains' buttonNot sure if anyone posted this or not...
@Reza I enabled "Show Domains" so buyers coming to a lander can see what other names I have however this feature doesn't seem to be working...

Definitely agree with this one, as rejecting an offer isn't always taken in a good sense by everyone. Being able to message back and forth before countering would be of much more help. Would be great if this can be worked out @RezaWould like to have a button to message after the first offer
On a side note, you said in a post here that you had deal with payoneer and will give it as a payout option once the change happens. I dont see the payoneer option and Can we request payment via payoneer same way as payment requests for transferwise?
Whois 2.0 is not working. I put every domain I have regstered on Undeveloped/DAN and says Domain in is not registered in DAN

Great work on the site. I am an investor in primarily .in domains, the Indian cctld. Their indrp process is quite strict so it is important to show you plan to develop domains. As such, it would be great if undeveloped/dan could offer a landing page which has no mention of sale at all.
i.e. it has a banner which says "this domain may be for sale" and then only has a contact form with some options given to us users for the fields (i.e. prospective buyers need to give name, email, offer etc.
Would this be possible? This is the only thing holding me back from using undeveloped!
A list of all domains sold through DAN today, yesterday, forever. Without prices.
I believe there's no need to hide behind an nda if there's no price shown.
At the moment I like it a lot, because there's no prices.

I think ALL domains sold through DAN should appear publicly on a database, then let each of us check a box if we'd like to make price public.
If implemented through other registrars like if they give you some access (I have no idea what I am talking about), could DAN for example take a domain registered at Dynadot and move it to Namesilo instantly without having to wait for 2 weeks transfer.
Or is it some ICANN rule that cannot change?
No stats are showing????? no views???
@Reza
another thing that needs devs attention is adding domains that had already been added by previous owners but then sold elsewhere or dropped and never deleted from their Undeveloped/DAN accounts
you buy/reg a name and then you can't add it without contacting support first and then they will do that for you, manually (!) ...
while it keeps showing with some quirky low $xxx BIN which is like 1/50 of what I plan to charge
this whole thing is all about owner verification which should be automated by checking Whois email or DNS TXT at the time of adding a name as it's done at Sedo, for example.
letting users add any name without verifying they own it should absolutely not be possible/allowed at any respectable marketplace and will be abused sooner or later
thanks in advance for implementing it

Agree with everything except the last part about using extension .COM as a brand, I feel it needs to be DAN and not DAN.COMRegarding the new brand:
DAN.COM or Dan.com is quite unique. It has multiple meanings for us as it stands for the Domain Automation Network, the word Domain is in it and it represents one of the most known human names in the world.
As we focus on process automation, the service might feel too automated at some point for users and so the brand can help keep the service human and personal. Besides that, DAN.COM is also a significantly stronger and international brand for us to operate from compared to Undeveloped which non-native English speakers would often pronounce as Underdeveloped...
The brand DAN or Dan, instantly introduces a feeling of familiarity which is essential when you're building trust. I agree that a tag line would clarify a lot, especially on parking.
Do note that the full brand we chose to use is DAN DOT COM (Three letters, Three words). Word of mouth is still king in terms of allowing a name to become a household brand. Using the full name leaves no room for confusion and so benefits the entire market. The more buyers become repetitive DAN.COM buyers, the more valuable the network becomes and the more sales we'll attract for our sellers.
We're playing a long-term game here with the new brand. The new logo is designed to be a stamp of approval. When you see the mark, you know you're in good hands.
As the product and brand evolve, you'll communicate more and more with Dan. That's the power of this unique brand.
Just noticed today
-The Last 2 names I add today to my portfolio with landers and set DNS to the usual undeveloped ....The landers show as "Not Secure " when visited ?
Is this something on my end of Dan?
Thanks
I was checking my names today and saw I have 597 for sale.On a side note on my profile dashboard the names still show as 700 something where as I have less names, could you look into it?
Hi Wali,
Payoneer payout option coming. Soon. We first had to ship DAN.COM and will pick up other roadmap items now.
We currently (this will likely change later) only add domains which have had a transaction handled by DAN on the blockchain.
Hi Invest3r,
We sell quite some .in domains, pretty high end ones that aren't reported anywhere as well. The notion that changing the title to "The domain may be for sale" is disputed as there are quite some WIPO rulings that indicated that's not enough.
Also, our experiments when we changed the title and content on the landers to "May be for sale" resulted in less conversion (doubt is a conversion killer) and SEO wise poorer indexing of the for sale page for the right keywords.
As a platform, we try to find a balance between what's best for the market while respecting our user's requests. This is a good example of that. We've been asked by sellers to remove that section entirely while others would like to see us share more data there. We'll keep our eyes and ears open for feedback and gradually implemented updates and test different elements on the homepage.
That's what we're aiming for indeed. Most of the transfer locks are policy based, if registrars agree to lift those under specific circumstanced (a sale transaction for example) better processes can be accomplished.
This is fixed now, our workers were a bit "overworked" .
