Hello,

I feel that it is my right to defend the company I have worked hard to grow over the last year.

This customer used a script to create over 10,000 sub-domains causing Apache to restart every few seconds. It is stated in our Terms Of Service that we do not allow scripts of this nature as they affect others on the server. When this customer signed up for a hosting account he agreed to our Terms Of Service. I have offered this customer a refund for an invoice that was paid recently (account upgrade) and am taking a backup of his account as we speak. Here are a couple of screenshots to show you the extent of this script:

There was so many subdomains that it actually caused Firefox to crash the first time I attempted to load file manager.

I wish this customer the best of luck as he was actually very nice which is why I also offered to refund his most recent invoice.

--

I would like to add that this is our first complaint ever. To this date we have over 100 paying customers that are happy with our service.

Regards,
Jack

Nice to hear both sides there.
But I wonder if web host has informed customer about possible account termination?

Well, they seem to be in the middle of a re-branding effort. The old site isn't working anymore. It'll hopefully all come back in a few days' time, if not hours as they expect.
