Taking a look now
so far its looking pretty good
british prices too, always good to use a company in the same country as you

However for the cheap package it says:
Parked Domains-0
Addon domains-0

i assume this means i can't use my own domain, im currently 17 year old and unemployed, but i am looking for a job, if i was to go for the £24 a year package i think i'd have to wait till i have a job

No addonds are like extra domains you can hsot on the same account.

with any hosting account anywhere that you pay for the hosting is on your domain


Just means you can only hsot one domain with it

so i can still set up one domain and use it for the site? it doesn't have to be the one they give me?

Well, You need to have a domain name
And you tell them that whatever way they accept, and they will set up your hosting with that domain name.

Im trying to compare

and
http://www.polurnet.com -> Basic Paw Lite package

i'm not sure which is the better option

Actually USD is much less than Pounds, so I'm cheaper, per se

And we also get the latest CPanel and WHM as usual

Our really nice Uptime stats were shown to wildchild as well for the past year

another thing i was thinking, the get-hosted thing uses british pounds as its currency, so i don't have to worry about the exchange rate changing and making me pay more, right?

Another thing: we offer 12 hour-or-less guaranteed support replies (avg. last month was 2-3 hrs) and full-featured Live Support during normal business hours, via online chat. I don't see much available support options apart from the basic email/tickets on gethosted...

that's what you're looking for the full-featured list we have. Features such as DBs, FTP, Email Lists, etc easily adjusted for free as required, since you're coming from Namepros.

polur i dont want to compete lol im just putting in a recomendation, get-hosted has msn support good uptime, planet servers but i dont want to compete i wanna let wild make the choice

Yes, it is quite easy when you don't have to pay but when you pay you should expect better reliability and support, which is a good thing!
