Hosting custom COM objects

I have a Dedicated server right that is under utilized and wish to downgrade to a Windows hosting account,
The main issue is that I will be allowed to upload and register custom COM objects on the server?

-10-gig per month
-control panel
-unlimited domains (have actually 30 of my own domains to host)

any info on companies that offer the above services

So I guess you are currently on a windows server too?
