With houses/apartments being at a max level prices how could you monetize a real state domain with an
1. It is “real estate”
2. Estimated values are meaningless.
3. Nobody can give you any information without knowing what the domain name is.
It is like I asked you how much my car is worth. I see other cars selling for $100000. My car has four wheels and is red. What can I do with my car?
Sorry, I really don't see any value in that name. If you are buying this type of extension, the keyword really needs to match the extension.
Apartments and estate just do not fit together well in the English language.
Now if you had
Real.estate
Country.estate
Luxury.estate
Then you would have something decent.
Just my opinion, maybe someone else will see it differently.
You dropped price from 25k to 4k
Sorry weak extension, plural, not feeling it. What made you think it had value?
To busy to check namebio, link to .estate sales please sir
the issue here is first and fore most... The phrase you are looking for is real estate not real state. -> secondly theres no hard and fast ways to "MONETIZE" anything, you can either / develop it / sell your traffic (parking or other more niche terms that you make with an interested party directly) / or you can Sell it, but real state -> while it might have "fake " or "typo" recognition as RealEstate -> it is not the same word Lastly, you never even told us what the actual domain is. You need to realized theres not just a secret trick to sell the domain at all times... the only way ur domain gets bought is if someone wants to buy it from you ...With houses/apartments being at a max level prices how could you monetize a real state domain with an
ESTIMATE DOMAIN VALUE of $7000 ???
the issue is i think maybe you are english as a second language.. so you are not familiar with the different specifics of each word... When you use the word estate it is something that belongs to you... Apartments are something that do not belong to you... So for that reason i think it's kind of obscure.Apartments.estate
That is the domain name.

Thank You for the explanation. I agree with much of what you are saying. I guess is better to hold on to it and see someway to develop it and sell my traffic.
=) yea i know how it feels ive definetly had my fair share of domains that didnt go as planned the key is to just use the mistakes and try not to do again... im not trying to sound mean or pick fun, its only to try to highlight some of the pitfalls of each domain just to make it easier to spot the good ones next time..
But one thing i try to tell people and also do myself......
Stick to .com -> the other ones are decent but even that being said... the same domain will never be worth more in another extension (except for a few cases maybe) (payday.xyz is not the same as payday.com) (sure payday.com is a rare name... but thats why someone is willing to buy it from you for the big bucks.... No point in selling a domain thats not .com . if the enduser is wiling to use a secondary domain extensiton then they will probably just register one themselves.
2 stick to singlular form of words.. (paysday.com is not the same as payday.com)
i dont think your domain is worthless it could very well get a sale im just saying. i own 1 single non .com a one word .io and even then i could take it or leave it ... if it was a .com i would probably be contacting end users right now...
Yes, I agree. No, you would do better to simply let it drop and use the renewal money you will have saved to acquire a higher quality domain name – a two-word .com, for example – that an end user might actually want to buy from you.
It is not very good as you think.Apartments.estate
=/ rule here ( - ) = not so good hyphenated is no bueno. and again .coms are gonna be the best betYes, I agree.
I bought these two. What is your opinion on these ones:
house-hunt.org
home-me.org
I appreciate it.
Thank You

These are the types of domains... and dont get me wrong they arent good versions of these types... but they are the types of domains where you would need to run an organization -> that offers an actual benefit to visiting the site... thats how you would monetize these sites... why would you go to house hunt.org if the site was not made to help you hunt for a house./.. theres no other way to monetize that type of site. - so maybe hook up some type of affilate site... but without a presence. i doubt people are going to accidently end up on your site and clickthrough to the point where your going to see any earnings
its not as simple as something like ... cheap tickets.org or something like that where the persons search term could elaborate into a sale in the downstream of clickthroughs... noone is going to buy a house off of a parked domain lander.
Here is how to monetize this domain name:
Drop it, so that you can avoid paying its renewal fees each year. Congratulations, you have just saved some money.
