PR Update...no...

As far as I'm concerned the Toolbar PR was updated and whatnot. Well even before the update occured those PR predictions kept saying my site [http://www.blacktoned.com] would be a PR4. Even now it still says that. How come my website wasn't updated? Are those things 100% accurate or must I wait?

I don't think they have updated every site yet, just be patient.

these PageRank predictions have never worked for me. They always say that I am going to loose my PR, but still I am gaining PR.

PageRank predictors are primarily for entertainment purposes. Don't depend on them to be accurate.

on one of the sites i have a pr3 but when i add a button from http://www.iwebtool.com/ its says i have a pr2 so i dont know what to belive anymore

At iwebTools don't use the predictor, use the PageRank checker http://www.iwebtool.com/pagerank_checker

It queries multiple Google datacenters. If you see different PR values then your PR is being updated. If all values are the same this is your true PR.
